As a key team member, you will work closely with the Vice President and providing essential support and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role is an excellent chance to leverage your organizational skills and professionalism within a leading company.

Responsibilities
Managing several executive level schedules at once
Booking and preparation of weekly executive meetings
Handling expense accounts for several executives
Manage department expenses, invoices and POs
Planning, booking travel and liaising with corporate travel agency e.g. flights, hotel, car rental, etc.
Assisting with the preparation and organization of quarterly board meetings and monthly MBRs
Provide general assistance to management and other staff members
Be flexible on work hours, and available for calls up to and including 10 pm ET
Willingness to travel as required
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an assistant or office management role
Strong written and verbal communication in English. French is an asset.
Ability to act with integrity while handling confidential information;
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Possess a sense of urgency in prioritizing tasks
Excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiar with LinkedIn, Chat GPT, WhatsApp, WeChat, and/or willingness to take a course to become an expert in their use
Have an understanding of Media, preferably FAST and VOD
Previous experience working with Executives
Previous experience in a Client facing environment (Retail Management or Hospitality)
