1. Calendar and Time Management
This is the "engine room" of your role. Your goal is to guard their time so they can focus on high-level strategy.
Calendar Synchronization: Manage scheduling conflicts between the two VPs and ensure no double-bookings occur.
Request Prioritization: Filter meeting invitations based on the importance and urgency of the files involved.
