Our client, a rapidly evolving industry leader, is seeking an Executive Assistant for their Montreal office.
The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive, highly organized, and business-oriented professional with a strong sense of discretion. Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the executive leadership team, you will be at the heart of cross-functional communications, operational efficiency, and leadership coordination. -Salary range from $90,000-$100,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities
-Providing high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and assistance with executive prioritization
-Preparing executive briefing documents, presentations, reports, agendas, and updates intended for leadership
-Participating in leadership meetings, documenting key action items, and ensuring follow-ups with various stakeholders
-Supporting strategic initiatives and operational projects across multiple business functions
-Participating in quarterly planning activities, strategic leadership meetings, and the coordination of leadership teams
-Drafting executive communications, internal announcements, and presentation materials
-Coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment across leadership teams
-Supporting the tracking of business priorities, operational metrics, and project deliverables
-Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communications, and internal processes
-Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
-Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Gradually assuming additional operational and strategic responsibilities as part of long-term professional development within the organization
Qualifications
- Full English proficiency and professional fluency in French
- 3 to 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environments
- Experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, or private equity-backed environments
- Experience supporting executive operations or strategic initiatives (an asset)
- Exposure to business operations, project management, or strategic functions (an asset)
- Experience preparing presentations and reports intended for leadership (an asset)
- Experience within high-growth or expanding organizations (an asset)
- Prior exposure to senior leadership or Board of Directors environments (an asset)
