Responsibilities
At the heart of decision-making, you will provide top-tier administrative and strategic support:
Calendar & Priority Management: Establish priorities and develop the daily execution schedule.
Corporate Logistics: Complete oversight of appointments, travel management, and trip planning.
High-Level Presentations: Design and optimization of strategic documents (excellent command of PowerPoint software required).
Communications: Facilitate the flow of information between executive management and key partners.
Qualifications
Essential Bilingualism: Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written for communication with colleague and clients outside of canada (French and English).
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive support or business operations role.
Skills: Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint).
Key Attributes: Absolute attention to detail, strong professionalism, flexibility, and absolute discretion regarding confidential information.
