Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars, screen phone calls and emails, and prioritize strategic correspondence.
Prepare, review, and archive confidential documents, governance reports, contracts, and corporate presentations.
Oversee invoicing management and track executive department budgets.
Act as the primary point of contact and ensure seamless liaison between executives, accounting, sales, and key stakeholders.
Manage relations with strategic vendors and coordinate executive expense reports.
Organize, plan, and coordinate strategic meetings, board committees, and corporate events (internal and external), including drafting agendas and meeting minutes.
Qualifications
Bilinguism: Perfect fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written (high-level communication with clients and business partners).
Technology: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (complex spreadsheets, formulas) and PowerPoint.
Experience: Relevant prior experience of at least 3 to 5 years as an Executive Assistant or Corporate Assistant (a major asset).
