Responsibilities
• Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, and oversee extensive domestic and international travel logistics for multiple Executives.
• Board & Investor Relations: Organize Board meetings (logistics, minutes, and signatures) and maintain vital investor lists and contact records.
• Corporate Coordination: Prepare high-level agendas, presentations, and marketing materials while managing corporate invoice submissions and documentation reviews.
• Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including supplies, furniture, and coordination with third-party IT support.
• Personal Assistance: Provide flexible support to the Chairman’s family, managing sensitive tasks such as passports, home repairs, school enrollments, and household staff travel.
Qualifications
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and literacy in both PC and Mac environments.
• Experience: A proven track record of supporting C-Suite executives, ideally with experience managing both corporate and personal/family logistics.
• Communication & Discretion: Ability to interact professionally with internal Board members and external international guests and investors.
• Judgment: Demonstrated ability to exercise exceptional judgment and remain calm under the pressure of a global, fast-paced environment.
• Education/Background: Post-secondary education and a background in business administration, law or real estate considered an asset.
