Responsibilities
Partner with our experiential marketing agency to execute back-half 2025 plans and lead the ideation of experiential strategy and recommendations for the 2026 brief.
Manage day-to-day relationships with sampling programs and vendors, as well as brand merchandise strategy, vendors, and deliverables for both 2025 and 2026.
Oversee ad-hoc donation and product sampling requests for the remainder of 2025.
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional internal teams and external agency partners to develop and execute experiential marketing programs that support our brand's growth.
Be accountable for day-to-day management of the experiential agency, sampling vendors, and brand merchandise vendors, in partnership with a senior marketing leader, including budget and project management.
Cultivate relationships with multiple agencies and vendor partners to ensure best-in-class execution of programs.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute flawless activations and communication programs supporting the 2026 brand brief.
Evaluate key learnings from past programs to continuously improve future activations.
Establish and maintain budgets and financials for all assigned marketing activities.
Develop creative solutions to optimize costs and resources (e.g., collateral, agency fees).
Liaise between creative/production teams and internal teams to ensure all creative adheres to marketing guidelines, trademark rules, and aligns with overall strategy.
Actively monitor all projects from conception to post-analysis, ensuring strategic alignment, completeness, and accuracy.
Qualifications
We're looking for a professional with:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in experiential marketing, sampling programs, and brand merchandise management.
Proven experience managing agency teams and working effectively with cross-functional partners.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent relationship-building skills for seamless collaboration with agencies and brand stakeholders.
A creative problem-solver and strategic thinker with a strong work ethic.
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A self-starter mindset who can take initiative and manage projects from start to finish.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey channel recommendations and optimizations clearly and relevantly to various audiences.
Prior experience in a brand-building role (e.g., CPG) or at an agency is an asset.
Experience working in US and Canadian markets is an asset.
