Responsibilities
-Act as Facilities Supervisor for the overall maintenance of office spaces and the warehouse in Montreal.
-Coordinate end-to-end renovation and fit-out projects in collaboration with external suppliers.
-Negotiate and manage general service contracts, ranging from housekeeping to building security.
-Ensure a smooth and efficient transition during the integration of new commercial premises in the Montreal area.
-Ensure strict compliance of workplaces with health, safety, and environmental standards.
-Respond proactively and compassionately to the daily needs of employees to guarantee an optimal workspace.

Qualifications
-Minimum of five years of relevant experience in workspace management or a related role.
-Strong background in the manufacturing sector, ideally combining the management of plants and corporate administrative spaces.
-Strong project management skills, particularly for corporate renovations or relocations.
-Excellent ability to negotiate, direct, and manage agreements with various subcontractors and service providers.
-Specialized knowledge in space logistics, physical security, and workplace experience optimization.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a keen sense of organization and priorities.
-Our client operates in Canada and globally/internationally, in the United States and other countries. The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and when its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfill these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in spoken and written English. In particular, this position will require the employee to collaborate with other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French and to provide them with the necessary support.
