Shift Schedule:
Rotating shift: 8am to 5pm, long work hours if needed
Hourly Rate: Competitive, $20 - $30
Commencement Date: Immediate
This is a full-time position offering direct employment from day one! During the probation period, you'll focus on mastering maintenance procedures and coordinating with staff and external contractors. Expect a mix of supervisory duties, hands-on maintenance tasks, and safety compliance responsibilities.
All necessary training and protective gear will be provided, ensuring your safety and success in the role. We require a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, along with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure the facility remains safe and functional.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, both interior and exterior.
Respond to facility-related emergencies and address issues in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with management, staff, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Hands on knowledge of basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work 7-day shifts from morning to night.
