Strategic Architectural Impact: Own the full functional lifecycle and scoping blueprints across Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Profile Worker modules.
High-Visibility Integration Overhaul: Direct the redesign of interfaces with Workday and S/4HANA to resolve major legacy system pain points, including record creation failures and financial sync lags.
Core Governance Authority: Drive critical executive decisions regarding contractor classification standards, single-source-of-truth time entries (Fieldglass vs. SAP CATS), and VP approval workflows.
Enterprise Scale Modernization: Advance your portfolio within a massive, highly visible ERP transformation program situated in a premier corporate corridor.
Responsibilities

Drive platform simplification by systematically reducing custom fields, custom layouts, and non-standard integrations to align with clean-core software architecture principles. Facilitate scoping and architecture design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to map future-state capabilities and document key decisions.
Serve as the principal subject matter expert on SAP Fieldglass capabilities, advising leadership on standard functional utilization to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
2. Integration Architecture & Solution Engineering
Own the architectural redesign of Fieldglass integrations with Workday, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP FI/CO.
Directly resolve known historical friction points, including record creation failures, invoice processing errors, cost center sync lags, and termination/rehire processing defects. Validate and confirm complex integration pathways with upstream and downstream platforms, partnering with the System Integrator (SI) to review and approve functional design documents.
Maintain comprehensive fit/gap analyses, project decision logs, and functional design artifacts for all related modules.
3. Governance, Policy & Compliance
Ensure all Fieldglass environment configurations align precisely with the corporate Contractor Management Policy and established worker classifications.
Establish and enforce strict governance frameworks for rate cards, VP approval matrices, and exception management workflows within the unified platform.
4. Testing, Data Migration & Operational Readiness
Support critical data migration initiatives, including the cleansing, technical validation, and reconciliation of master data blocks (suppliers, workers, cost objects, and operating sites).
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), script development, defect triage cycles, and systemic resolution verification across all Fieldglass streams.
Partner closely with the Contingent Workforce Program Office and the CM&I PMO to secure day-one operational readiness.
Oversee the development of updated Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), leader training documentation, and delegate/proxy operational workflows.
