Define and develop workstream-level OCM approaches encompassing communication matrices, sponsor roadmaps, customized learning paths, and coaching frameworks.
Design long-term sustainment plans alongside business process owners to operationalize, embed, and stabilize future-state workflows.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Execution
Oversee and perform required corporate communications and change management deployment activities.
Prepare, equip, and coach key stakeholders to deliver high-quality OCM artifacts, executive presentations, and town halls.
Consult with leaders at all organizational levels to cultivate active business sponsorship, approval, and downstream audience engagement.
Deliver targeted coaching in change management, resistance management, and sponsorship execution to project managers, business leads, and extended transformation teams.
3. Risk Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent, and Learning & Development teams to build integrated transition management and training frameworks.
Continuously assess operational risks, conflicting project priorities, and integration opportunities across concurrent initiatives, escalating findings to leadership proactively.
Monitor real-time change adoption metrics across business units, formulating targeted OCM remediation plans to close adoption gaps and secure realization of change benefits.
Evaluate the success of active change initiatives and deliver clear, outcome-focused progress reports to key stakeholders.
4. Corporate Governance & Best Practices
Support the objectives of the central Corporate OCM function by adopting and enforcing corporate communication and learning standards.
Share subject matter expertise to contribute to the continual improvement of the company's proprietary OCM methodologies, playbooks, and toolsets.

Education & Certifications
Degree: University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, or a closely related professional field.
Advanced Education: A Master’s degree in a related discipline is considered a strong asset.
Professional Development: Must demonstrate documented continuing education and professional development to remain fully current with modern OCM trends.
Designations: Prosci and/or equivalent recognized change management certifications or professional designations are highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
Direct professional experience working alongside Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or heavy industrial Operations teams, workflows, and industrial change initiatives.
