Hours: Monday to Friday (flexibility required to work an 8-hour shift within this timeframe)
Hybrid: 5 days per week in office – Montreal, QC

Responsibilities
•Conducting an inventory of files
•Transferring paper files into boxes and attaching accurate labels
•Assembling shipping boxes and lifting/moving files and filled boxes (approx. 10–15 lbs)
•Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process
•Maintaining strong organizational practices
Qualifications
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to handle physical tasks
•Strong and effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
