Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Assessment: Lead or support large, complex Finance transformation programs and project assurance strategies using industry-leading practices.
Risk Mitigation: Identify key transformation delivery risks, perform gateway reviews, and deliver actionable advice and mitigation recommendations.
Data & Financial Analysis: Analyze program performance data, financial information, and budgets to derive key insights and optimize engagement economics.
Client & Team Leadership: Manage client engagements, supervise delivery teams, ensure work quality, and lead compelling presentations for senior client leaders.
Business Development: Support practice growth by contributing to requests for proposals (RFPs) and client pitch presentations.
Stakeholder Management: Align diverse viewpoints to build consensus, resolve complex problems, and foster strong, inclusive team environments.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance; a CPA designation is considered a strong asset.
Program Management Expertise: Extensive experience delivering, assessing, or auditing large digital transformation programs (including program gateway reviews, risk-based reviews, and cost reconciliations).
Technical & Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the transformation lifecycle, risk management frameworks, and project assurance strategies.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Jira.
Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of negotiating, influencing, and managing senior client relationships.
