Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume email inbox and prioritize incoming files.
- Collect and organize customer information for credit applications.
- Audit files and customer records to resolve clerical errors.
- Liaise between internal departments and external partners on file status.
- Help update office procedures to maintain long-term accuracy.
- Respond promptly to daily administrative inquiries from team members.
Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced office administration roles.
- Understanding of Financial Terminology and processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to learn new database systems quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding of financial concepts is considered an asset.
- Full availability to work on-site in Oakville for the contract duration.
