You will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, streamlining intercompany processes, and supporting the Controller during this high-growth phase.

Responsibilities
Develop and populate SAP templates for testing and production phases, including master data, transactional templates, and technical documentation.
Prepare and validate opening balances for SAP Go-Live, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Asset lists.
Support the seamless migration of financial data to SAP, ensuring accuracy across multiple entities.
Perform complex intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist the Controller with the month-end/year-end close process including journal entry posting and variance analysis.
Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Provide relevant financial data and insights to support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Maintain and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
Execute special projects and financial analysis as required by senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. CPA designation is strongly preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and general accounting.
Proven experience supporting system implementations, post-implementation issue resolution, and system analysis.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
