Responsibilities
As a Financial Services Analyst, you will manage customer risk by analyzing purchase patterns to reassess credit limits. You are responsible for utilizing Power BI to review revenue and tax components, resolving pricing errors, and addressing stakeholder queries. Additionally, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Accounts Receivable projects, supporting testing and deployment. Operational duties include executing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Vendor (KYV) reviews, processing month-end Accounts Receivable, managing collections, and resolving vendor payment escalations.
Qualifications
A College/University Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role within a medium-to-large organization that has complex processes.
Experience working within a Shared Service Centre model is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Intermediate Excel and modeling skills, along with an understanding of accounting concepts.
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple competing, time-sensitive tasks within a dynamic and complex environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong customer-centricity, balancing the management of internal and external customer expectations while upholding established policies and procedures.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
The ability to work effectively both within a team and independently with minimal supervision
