Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including Counterbalance, Stand-Up/Raymond Reach trucks, Order Pickers, and Electric Pallet Jacks (Walkies).
Material & Freight Logistics: Manage the accurate loading and unloading of transport trailers, execute inventory transfers, and stage materials for production workflows.
Inventory Accuracy: Utilize RF scanning technology to track inventory movement, update management systems, and maintain precise stock records.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and strictly adhere to facility safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Certification: Valid, active Forklift License or Certification preferred (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Walkie).
Experience: 1+ years of recent experience operating material handling equipment in a high-volume manufacturing or logistics environment.
Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality, strong attendance, and a collaborative team attitude.
Performance: Demonstrated ability to maintain high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
