Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely maneuver industrial equipment including Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies to transfer stock throughout the facility.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments to keep production lines and shipping docks running on schedule.
- Inventory Accuracy: Scan barcodes and log stock movements precisely using handheld RF scanning technology.
- Facility Safety: Execute required daily pre-shift inspections and uphold strict house-keeping and zero-incident workplace standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating powered industrial trucks in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: Valid in-house or third-party Forklift Certification (Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie) is an asset.
- Skills: Strong physical endurance, keen attention to detail, and a proactive safety mindset.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance, strong time-management skills, and a solid work ethic.
