Your Impact
Command the Floor: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of forklifts (including reach trucks, sit-down counterbalances, and order pickers) to load, unload, and stack critical materials.
Fuel Production: Synchronize warehouse operations with manufacturing by keeping production lines fully supplied and systematically storing finished goods.
Champion Safety: Conduct vital daily equipment inspections and maintain a pristine, hazard-free workspace.

Who You Are
Certified & Experienced: You bring proven, hands-on experience as a Forklift Operator or Material Handler, backed by a valid forklift license spanning multiple truck types.
Mechanically Aware: You possess a strong understanding of forklift weight limits and can confidently perform basic machine checks.
Physically Agile: You thrive in an active, fast-paced, and hands-on environment that keeps you on the move.

Pick and pack orders with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
Operate RF scanners and inventory software to maintain precise stock counts.
Load and unload freight safely within dynamic warehouse settings.

Work dependably with a team to achieve daily operational targets.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Equipment: Valid forklift certification with at least 1 year of operating experience.
Safety: A proven track record of strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
