Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Operate heavy machinery, including front-end loaders and forklifts, with absolute precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Manage and organize critical inventory, safely handling tubes, bars, cores, and rotors.
Optimize yard layouts to ensure maximum efficiency, accessibility, and a clutter-free work environment.
Collaborate with the team to streamline material handling processes and maintain smooth daily operations.
Who You Are
To excel in this position, you must bring:
Active Certifications: Valid, current licenses/tickets for both Forklift and Front-End Loader operations.
Immediate Availability: Readiness to hit the ground running and start right away.
Reliable Transportation: A personal, dependable vehicle to ensure consistent attendance.
A Safety-First Mindset: A strong commitment to maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
Advantages
Pay: $28.00–$30.00/hour (Competitive rate)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour daily shifts (Plus overtime potential!)

Safety: Complete WHMIS and site-specific safety certifications provided.
Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader and forklift.
Material Receiving: Physically accept and process incoming inventory, including tubes, bars, and other raw materials.
Packaging & Shipping: Securely crate cores and rotors for safe storage and transit.
Inventory Control: Accurately complete all material handling documentation and inventory tracking tasks.
Work Environment: Maintain high performance in a shop environment that experiences elevated summer temperatures.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to PPE protocols, including the mandatory use of steel-toed boots, safety glasses, respirators, and coveralls.
Qualifications
Certifications & Licensing: Must possess valid Front-End Loader and Forklift certifications/tickets, along with a clean Class 5 Driver’s License.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required, backed by proven forklift operating experience.
Physical Demands: Physically capable of regularly lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and work effectively under pressure.
Reliability: Excellent punctuality for scheduled shift changes.
