Shift Time: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Afternoon Shift)
Work Week: 4-Day Work Week (Consistent 10-Hour Shifts!)
Availability: Must be able to work a schedule covering any of the 7 days of the week on rotation.

Responsibilities
Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Crown Reach forklifts, Dockstocker, Walkies, and Stackers in a fast-paced environment.
Shipping & Receiving: Rotate between inbound and outbound dock tasks, including manually wrapping skids, deploying dock plates, and managing freight flow.
Order Fulfillment: Execute precise order picking, packing, and sorting using handheld RF scanning equipment.
Quality & Safety: Perform routine Quality Control (QC) inspections on incoming and outgoing goods.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain a spotless, audit-ready environment by assisting with sanitation duties and operating floor scrubbers.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of solid experience safely operating Stand-Up Reach forklifts (specifically Crown Reach models) and Dockstockers.
Equipment Knowledge: Prior hands-on experience with RF scanners, warehouse order picking, and automated packaging equipment.
Aptitude: A strong mechanical mindset, exceptional spatial awareness when operating at heights, and a strict commitment to workplace safety.
Availability: Must be completely flexible to work the 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM shift structure across any of the 7 days of the week as scheduled.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
