In Banking Operations, you are the backbone of the financial institution. You will bridge the gap between back-office financial processes and front-line customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from retail, commercial, or internal clients regarding account balances, transaction histories, and digital banking issues (via phone, email, or chat).
Operations & Processing: Process financial transactions, handle account maintenance, verify documentation, and ensure all activities meet regulatory compliance and internal policies.
Problem Resolution: Investigate discrepancies, handle billing or transaction disputes, and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Bilingual Communication: Seamlessly pivot between English and French to translate complex financial terms into simple, actionable advice for clients.
Qualifications
Language: Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English is mandatory.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role (call center, retail banking, hospitality, or corporate customer support).
Education: High School Diploma required; a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an asset.
Skills: * Strong multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and software databases simultaneously.
A patient, empathetic, and professional communication style.
