Location: Toronto, ON (77 Bloor Street West)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days/week onsite, Monday–Thursday)
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Possibility of extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $31.85 / hour

Responsibilities
Outbound Financial Operations (80%): Conduct professional outbound calls to external financial institutions to initiate, follow up on, and ensure the timely, accurate transfer of client assets into the firm.
System & Data Management (20%): Perform accurate data entry to update tickets, case management software, and imaging systems (such as ISM and Kofax).
Process Tracking: Use Excel spreadsheets and macro-enabled tools to track ongoing transfers and resolve open requests.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily 15-minute team huddles to review targets, discuss operational deliverables, and align on priorities.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
Education: University Degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
Experience: 1–2 years of operational, financial, or high-volume call handling experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for external professional calls, paired with clear written skills for ticket documentation and system notes.
Phone Experience: Demonstrated comfort and professionalism making high-volume phone calls in an office or call center environment.
Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (must be comfortable navigating complex spreadsheets and learning macro-based tools).
Core Aptitudes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a high technical aptitude to pick up proprietary software quickly.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous call center or high-volume phone environment experience.
Prior experience with financial ticketing systems, ISM, EIS, or imaging software (e.g., Kofax).
Hands-on experience working directly with or building Excel macros.
Bilingualism (French and English) is considered a strong asset.
Background in wealth management or Canadian banking operations.
