Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and scan outgoing customer shipments using handheld RF scanner technology.
- Inventory & Shipping: Unload incoming freight, load transport trucks, and maneuver materials throughout the warehouse floor.
- Quality Assurance: Check products for defects or damage to ensure exact shipment accuracy before dispatch.
- Workspace Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free, and organized work station adhering to site health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Background: Minimum 1 year of experience in general labour, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or assembly.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs across an 8–12 hour shift.
- Tech Basics: Familiarity using RF scanners or basic digital tools (on-site training is provided).
- Work Ethic: Strong attendance, safety-conscious mindset, and a great team player attitude.
