Responsibilities
As a core player on the manufacturing team, your duties will be simple and varied:
Manual Assembly: Actively participate on the production line by using your hands and basic tools to assemble components.
Tool Operation: Safely handle various manual, power, and pneumatic tools according to production needs.
Quality Control: Perform quick visual inspections to ensure every item meets company quality standards.
Packing & Logistics: Carefully pack finished products following precise instructions to ensure flawless transit.
Safety & Organization: Strictly follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly workspace at all times.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring the following attributes:
Hands-on Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, comfort using basic mechanical tools, and a sharp attention to detail.
Team Spirit: The ability to maintain a steady workflow pace to help the team reach its daily production goals.
Physical Fitness: Physically capable of standing for the duration of the shift and lifting loads up to 30 lbs.
Ease of Learning: Ability to follow basic instructions and simple assembly diagrams.
Asset: Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required.
