Responsibilities
-Draft job postings and descriptions.
-Manage full-cycle recruitment using the HRIS system.
-Schedule interviews with hiring managers and committees across departments.
-Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Conduct new hire orientations when needed.
-Attend career fairs in Winnipeg and nearby areas.
-Cultivate relationships with First Nation communities and organizations.
-Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
-Understanding of traditional and modern First Nation practices.
-Experience with First Nations or related organizations in Manitoba or elsewhere.
-Certificate in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution; relevant experience may be considered.
-3+ years in HR with full-cycle recruitment and other HR functions.
-Strong sourcing skills; headhunting experience is a plus.
-Familiarity with HRIS.
