Position: HR Coordinator II
Payrate: $27.30/h
6 month contract with possibility of extension/conversion into FTE opportunity
Location: Fully Remote in Canada (EST hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Note: Hybrid option available if the candidate is local to Toronto

Responsibilities
Contact Center & Service Queue: Manage the HR service queue in Salesforce; handle associate, manager, and senior stakeholder inquiries within established SLAs.
Background Check Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end re-screening process for current associates via third-party screening vendors.
Associate Relations (AR): Provide operational and case management support (e.g., red flag reviews, conflicts of interest, accommodation support).
General HR Operations Support: Assist across Immigration, Global Mobility, Absence Management, and Benefits. Issue employment verification and travel support letters.
Process Improvement: Identify root causes, resolve system/data errors, and update HR documentation as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
Must-Have Criteria
Experience with case management systems and third-party vendor coordination.
Background Check Coordination experience (with any background screening vendor).
Associate Relations operations experience.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Criteria
HRIS experience (Workday is a major plus).
Case management platform experience (Salesforce preferred).
Direct experience using First Advantage (screening vendor) or working with any other screening companies
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Forms).
