We are currently working on staffing for an Human Resources Generalist for a large manufacturing company in the Cornwall area.
If you have a passion for Human Resources and you are result oriented, this role could be a good fit!

Responsibilities
POSITION DETAILS
-Responsible for the training program for all production employees including orientation.
- Responsible for the job movement, attendance and audit the payroll.
- Assist the Health and Safety Manager in projects.
Qualifications
-College diploma is required with related experience bachelor’s degree preferred - Manufacturing
environment preferred.
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
- Strong ability to integrate and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
-Demonstrated teamwork, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 suite.
-Bilingual English/French is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
