Permanent full-time position (40h/week) with a stable day schedule.

Responsibilities
Greet customers at the counter and assist with technical needs regarding parts and equipment.
Review technical plans and specifications to accurately identify replacement parts.
Ensure rigorous data entry and order management in the ERP system (SAP Business One).
Manage email communications and answer calls from customers and partner branches (notably in the Maritimes).
Process price inquiries and handle product return requests.
Work closely with the technical team to deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications
Education or Experience: Vocational diploma (DEP) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Electronics, or Plumbing OR 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or parts clerk role (HVAC, automotive, or specialized retail).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic technical documentation and strong proficiency with computer tools (Excel, ERP).
Language Skills: Good functional level of English (7/10) required to communicate with branches outside Quebec.
Desired Profile: Proactive candidate known for intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong team spirit.
Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle to commute to the workplace.
