What are we looking for this role as Hybrid Customer Care Specialist and Operations B2B
Experience in customer service across various channels (Phone, Chat, CRM System)
1 year of working experience preferred; recent graduates with strong numerical skills are encouraged to apply
Corporate experience in a call center environment or finance/billing departments is an asset
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric mindset with strong computer literacy
Bilingualism in English is an asset
