The goal is to ensure that all requirements are traceable to a tested and implemented solution that meets the CCAA separation objectives on time, within scope, and is audit-ready. The role also involves administrative tasks such as logging meeting minutes, sharing them with stakeholders, and tracking action items until they are closed.

Responsibilities
Requirements: Facilitate discovery workshops, capture business requirements, and, if needed, establish a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) with the Senior IDT Transformation Analyst.
Process Mapping: Assist in creating and reviewing AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, and coordinate with vertical leads.
Design: Support the conversion of requirements into functional and technical specifications, drive fit/gap decisions, and get design sign-offs.
Build/Configuration: Manage hand-offs to development/configuration teams and lead daily "build scrum" meetings with the Senior IDT Transformation Analyst to track technical dependencies.
Testing: Help with the documentation and collection of test scripts, support the test lead in managing defect triage, track remediation, and report on coverage and leakage metrics.
Cut-over & Go-Live: Develop runbooks, rollback plans, and a readiness dashboard with technical and vertical leads. Lead rehearsals and coordinate the go-live command center with the Senior IDT Transformation Analyst.
Hyper-care & Transition: Maintain an issue log, ensure rapid triage, and hand off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge bases to steady-state support.
Governance & Reporting: Log meeting minutes, update dashboards, prepare steering-committee reports, and enforce documentation standards and version control.

Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a large Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company with project or program experience.
Tools: Proficiency in SharePoint/Teams, MS Project, Power BI, MS Loop, and MS PowerPoint.
Soft Skills: Strong workshop facilitation, the ability to influence stakeholders up to the C-Suite level, risk management, analytical writing, and excellent written English.
Education/Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering is required. A PMP certification or Master's degree is considered an advantage.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to regular communication with internal and external stakeholders across Canada and internationally.
