Responsibilities
Document Scanning: Move prepped document cartons one at a time to your station, carefully load paper sheets into various high-volume scanners in small batches, and return the files to their original boxes in the exact order received.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify the visual clarity and data accuracy of scanned digital documents against the physical files to ensure no pages are missed or blurred.
Release & Indexing: Document files digitally, input necessary metadata, and release the completed, indexed scanned materials securely to the customer database.
Equipment Care: Safely operate, clean, and perform basic troubleshooting on professional scanning hardware.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy with a high rate of keystrokes/data entry speed and intermediate digital navigation skills.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform continuous, intensive tasks using your upper extremities (frequent keyboarding and mouse handling) from a seated position. Comfort with occasional standing (up to 20% of the scanning rotation) to feed machines.
Acuity & Focus: Exceptional attention to detail to catch document duplicates, errors, or sorting discrepancies during the indexing phase.
Professional Standards: Ability to dress in clean, presentable attire appropriate for a blended warehouse/office imaging facility.
