Our team is seeking a Senior Treasury Management System (TMS) Implementation Specialist to support a high-profile digital transformation migrating enterprise treasury operations from an on-premises platform to a third-party SaaS TMS. In this advisory and technical role, you will bridge Treasury, Risk, Accounting, and IT teams, evaluating solution designs, data integration models, and system configurations across key financial functions.

Responsibilities
- Guide project teams through the transition to a SaaS TMS, validating solution designs, configurations, and reporting against industry-leading practices.
- Provide deep functional direction across Investments, Debt, Liquidity, Risk Management, Hedging, and Treasury Accounting workflows.
- Support system-to-system integration, data mapping, and reconciliation between the new SaaS TMS and external financial/accounting engines.
- Lead integration testing, data quality validation, and cutover reconciliation activities.
- Critically review and challenge technical recommendations and design approaches provided by system integrators and software vendors.
Qualifications
- Validly held Reliability level Security Clearance (if not held, must be eligible to apply for one).
- 10+ years supporting, operating within, or consulting for Treasury functions at financial institutions (banks, capital markets firms, government financial institutions).
- Proven track record participating in at least one enterprise Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation covering Treasury Accounting, Investments, Debt, or Risk Management.
- Eligible to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Status prior to contract start.
- Experience with FIS Integrity, Payment Hub, or ECHOS software platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS-based treasury platform deployments.
