Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans for onboarding new client accounts, leveraging strong organizational and project management skills.
Deliver training and onboarding services to new client accounts, conducting regular support conference calls.
Gain in-depth understanding of client needs to define functional requirements effectively.
Act as the intermediary between clients and development staff, fostering strong client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone.
Demonstrate new features and relay client feedback.
Utilize internal tools for various implementation tasks, including screen sharing, training material creation, documentation, and implementation tracking.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; familiarity with Early Intervention Programs is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to grasp business requirements and translate them into efficient tasks for new client implementation.
Self-motivated with the drive to manage implementations independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking abilities coupled with attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and adept at multitasking.
Open to constructive feedback and constantly seeks to enhance efficiency.
Proficiency in various computer programs, browsers, recording, and screen sharing tools.
Aptitude for effective communication and negotiation in challenging business scenarios.
