- Permanent full time position 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

- Base salary negotiable depending on experience (60-65k)

- RRSP with company match up to 5%
- 3 weeks vacation
- 2 personal days and 4 sick days
- Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office 2 days from home after probationary period
Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
-Collaborate with the commercial department to ensure all parties are aligned
-Work with worldwide ocean shipments, including all geographies and multiple customers across
the world
-Provide professional, prompt and efficient customer service to all clients
-Ensure files are completed and updated in accordance with corporate requirements
-Monitor shipments and proactively communicate with customers
-Resolve client customer service issues promptly and professionally
-Support and manage ongoing vendor and partner relationships
-Provide the proper documentation that is required for the alcoholic beverage industry
-Partner with global offices as needed
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-Bilingual English and French
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an international freight forwarding company
-Hands-on knowledge of ocean import and export procedures
-Customer service mindset and ability to manage all stages of the shipping process
-Preference for working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-Experience in handling shipments of alcoholic beverages would be considered an asset
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced growth environment
-Ability to build positive professional relationships and work collaboratively with
functional and operational employees at all levels of the organization
-Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
