Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and optimize container imports
• Manage the respond to incoming requests
• Schedule and coordinate essential terminal appointments
• Track and trace shipments
• Ensure communication with customers and our customer service regarding deliveries.
• Contribute to operational efficiency by managing order errors and ensuring compliance with transportation procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Functional bilingualism in French and English is essential: communication with English-speaking clients is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with clients and the team.
• A good degree of autonomy, an analytical mind, and the ability to anticipate situations.
