Hiring an Industrial Electrician for our Etobicoke location.
Permanent Position
Hours: Monday to Friday day - afternoon rotation
Salary: $42.43 to start and revision after 6 months

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform all electrical repairs to high volume production equipment
- Systematically diagnoses faults in electrical and electronic systems and equipment. Repairs/or replaces electrical and electronic components as required.
- Uses various electrical test equipment including voltmeters; ammeters; multi-meters; megger and oscilloscopes.
- Modifies machine electrics as directed and performs lay outs, assembles, installs, repairs, maintains, connects or tests electrical fixtures, apparatus, control equipment and wiring for industrial electrical systems.
- Maintains equipment by performing regular preventative maintenance inspections and monitors equipment for possible problems or breakdowns.
- Develops a parts list of all items to be purchased for small to medium sized projects, as assigned and complies with the parts inventory control systems.
- Maintains records of his/her work by issuing and closing work orders in CMMS.
Qualifications
- a 442A Electrician license
- Experience working in manufacturing
- Experience with PLC programming, blue print
- Previous experience working in plastic manufacturing, injection molding, or extrusion
