We are partnering with a highly respected Canadian manufacturer and distributor specializing in industrial goods for essential fluid sealing operations. They cater to top-tier clients within the power generation, chemical processing, and refining sectors. Currently, they are searching for an adept Maintenance Technician or Millwright to take charge of maintaining their shop floor operations.

Responsibilities
Emergency Repairs and Diagnostics: Minimize production downtime by quickly identifying and resolving unexpected mechanical malfunctions on plant machinery as they happen.
Machinery Installation: Take a leading part in the precise setup and assembly of brand-new industrial equipment and various shop tools.
Routine Upkeep: Perform comprehensive preventative servicing on all current facility assets, with a significant emphasis placed on repairing pumps and fluid handling systems.
Team Communication: Partner with the Manufacturing Foreman consistently to highlight any operational issues and guarantee the highest levels of workplace safety.
Qualifications
Professional Background: Demonstrated track record of performing maintenance duties inside a manufacturing facility or machine shop. Having prior exposure to pump-intensive settings, industrial gaskets, or fluid sealing is considered a huge bonus.
Core Capabilities: Exceptional mechanical intuition is required. As long as you possess a firm grasp of general mechanical principles, leadership is entirely ready to provide training for their unique equipment.
Credentials: We are welcoming applications from both seasoned, un-ticketed Maintenance Techs and fully Certified Journeyman Millwrights. (Please be aware: Because there is no Journeyman currently working at this facility, we are unable to sign off on apprenticeship hours for registered apprentices.)
