We are seeking a disciplined, high-endurance Operations Specialist to join our frontline team. This role is purpose-built for the industrial professional who thrives where others fade. We are specifically scouting for veterans of Oil & Gas, Mining, or Heavy Infrastructure—professionals who understand that in high-stakes environments, "good enough" is a liability.
...
While our operations exist outside the traditional energy sector, we prioritize the technical aptitude, physical stamina, and mission-first mindset forged in the field. If you possess the grit to dominate 12-hour shifts and the precision to manage heavy assets, you belong here.
The Core Mission
High-Impact Execution: Lead demanding manual operations, including the precision maneuvering of specialized equipment and critical materials exceeding 50 lbs.
Operational Readiness: Ownership of a "mission-ready" site within high-impact industrial zones, maintaining peak efficiency in outdoor settings and variable-weather conditions.
Safety Stewardship: Act as a guardian of site safety. You will rigorously uphold our zero-incident standards through constant situational awareness and proactive hazard mitigation.
Performance Continuity: Deliver unwavering output and operational reliability during extended shifts and peak production cycles where downtime is not an option.
What You Bring to the Team
Field-Tested Stamina: You are a veteran of the 12-hour shift. You thrive in high-demand, high-output atmospheres where mental and physical endurance are required.
Industrial Resilience: With a proven track record in heavy sectors (O&G, Mining, or Construction), you are undeterred by challenging climates or rugged site conditions.
Technical Precision: You treat every maneuver with surgical care, understanding that consistency is the foundation of high-level industrial work.
Mission-First Mindset: You show up with a "day-one" work ethic, follow protocols to the letter, and prioritize the team’s collective success above all else.
Advantages
Pay: Starting at $18-19/hr
Temp-to-Perm opportunity — potential for long-term employment and growth.
On-the-job training provided.
Opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a mechanical and industrial environment.
Supportive team and safe working conditions.
Responsibilities
Operational Support: Execute demanding manual tasks, including the frequent lifting and maneuvering of equipment and materials exceeding 50 lbs.
Site Management: Maintain operational readiness in challenging, high-impact industrial environments (outdoor, variable weather, and high-debris settings).
Safety Leadership: Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and contribute to a culture of zero-incident workplace standards.
Workflow Continuity: Commit to extended shifts and high-performance output during peak operational cycles.
Qualifications
Physical Capability: Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous physical labor over 10–12 hour shifts.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in the use of industrial hand tools, power equipment, and basic machinery.
Professional Reliability: A proven track record of punctual, consistent performance in demanding roles.
Adaptive Mindset: The ability to maintain focus and quality of work in unconditioned or harsh environments.
