A Professional Shop: Join a culture that respects technical mastery and invests in the top-tier equipment you need to do your best work.
Core Responsibilities
Advanced Machining: Execute complex CNC programs to produce high-tolerance wood components with surgical accuracy.
Blueprint Translation: Interpret architectural drawings and CAD files, ensuring the physical output matches the vision of the design team perfectly.
Technical Calibration: Manage meticulous machine setups and tool pathing, ensuring equipment is dialed in for every unique custom run.
Material Stewardship: Expertly handle high-grade wood stocks, optimizing grain matching and aesthetic quality while minimizing waste.

Proven Track Record: Solid experience in CNC machining, specifically within high-end woodworking, cabinetry, or architectural millwork.
Technical Literacy: The ability to navigate sophisticated controller software and troubleshoot programming or tooling issues on the fly.
