Job summary:
The Industrial Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and effective execution of projects in the industrial field. This role involves overseeing all stages of the project, from its initial conception to its final implementation, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and with allocated resources. The Industrial Project Manager must be able to manage diverse multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as resolve potential issues that may arise throughout the process.
Main responsibilities:
Planning and coordination of industrial projects, including the development of budgets, schedules and milestones.
Supervision of the project team, assigning tasks and ensuring effective coordination of efforts.
Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
Management of human, financial and material resources necessary to carry out projects.
Identification and management of potential risks, as well as implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
Proactive resolution of issues and conflicts that may arise during the duration of the project.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and sustainability standards throughout the process.
Qualifications
Required Skills :
Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience coordinating complex industrial projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead multidisciplinary groups.
Strong results orientation, with an ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of industrial processes and project management best practices.
University degree in engineering, business management or a related field.
The industrial project manager plays a crucial role in the success of industrial operations, ensuring the efficient completion of projects within defined objectives, deadlines and budgets.
