We are looking for a high-energy, dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join a global industry leader. This isn’t your typical "call center" role, it is a professional, consultative sales position where you act as a true business partner to your clients.
...
In this role, you aren’t just capturing orders; you are a territory owner responsible for market disruption, strategic upselling, and driving long-term profitability for your retail partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a multi-touch, relationship-based sales cycle, we want to hear from you.
Advantages
- Weekly insurance benefit of $10
- Employees have access to a cafeteria within the office premises.
- The office provides a gym facility for employees to use.
- Employees have access to an on-site clinic.
- Enjoy a two-week vacation with an additional 5 paid sick days.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Territory Growth
Manage and grow your assigned sales territory by supporting current customers and reaching out to new ones to help expand our presence and drive results.
Understand what business clients need and recommend the right products or services, while working with them on pricing and basic contract details.
Consultative Revenue Generation: Act as a subject matter expert on product knowledge and market trends to recommend solutions that drive retailer profitability.
Market Disruption: Proactively identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity to help us "win through disruption" within your territory.
Relationship & Portfolio Management
Provide ongoing support after the sale by answering questions, helping with any issues, and making sure customers stay satisfied and feel taken care of.
Optimal Distribution: Partner with clients on inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and managing Suggested Order Quantities.
Proactive Communication: Lead business discussions regarding brand messaging, tax increases, and holiday planning.
Execution Excellence & Data Integrity
Handle sales agreements, keep customer accounts organized, and help coordinate orders, pricing, and service to keep everything running smoothly.
Operations Oversight: Manage the order-to-cash process to ensure clients receive orders On Time and In Full (OTIF).
Systems Management: Utilize SAP and Genesys to maintain accurate account data and provide reporting on cycle activities.
Qualifications
Meticulous & Detail-Oriented: You have a "get it right the first time" mentality.
Agile Communicator: Ability to manage priorities, work under tight timelines, and thrive under pressure.
Solution-Driven: You look for proactive answers when confronted with business challenges.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to regular communication with internal and external stakeholders across Canada and internationally.
Our Client operates across Canada, and globally. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
- collaborate and provide support to other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French
- attend essential training, meetings or conferences held outside Quebec, which are presented in English
participate in company-wide Canadian/Global town hall meetings and management information sessions, which are presented in English
