Responsibilities
Professionally respond to inquiries and quote requests from commercial clients via phone and email.
Analyze clients' specific needs to identify and recommend the appropriate technical parts.
Generate accurate commercial quotes and conduct the necessary follow-ups to maximize sales conversion.
Enter and process orders within the company's ERP system, ensuring the accuracy of billing and shipping data.
Collaborate closely with the warehouse and outside sales departments to guarantee delivery deadlines are met.
Provide top-tier after-sales service by proactively resolving issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven track record in an inside sales, B2B customer service, or technical support role within a wholesale or distribution environment.
Strong aptitude for learning technical product catalogs and inventory management systems (ERP).
Excellent communication skills, sharp organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
Results-driven mindset, strong team spirit, and consistent administrative rigor.
Language Skills: Excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken) is required. This requirement is justified by the fact that the company operates on a Canadian and international scale; the incumbent will be required to interact on a daily and regular basis with English-speaking clients, partners, and colleagues outside of Quebec, as well as collaborate with external business functions who do not speak French.
