Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to institutional clients
Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly
Resolve issues by partnering with internal teams
Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
Support asset retention through effective servicing
Operational and Coordination Responsibilities:
Manage client deliverables and presentation materials
Ensure timelines and deadlines are consistently met
Coordinate requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaire (DDQs)
Ensure responses are accurate and submitted on time
Address account-releated issues through cross-functional coordination
Strategic and Compliance Support
Partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to support business goals
Maintain accurate client records in customer relationship management systems
Support compliance reviews and regulatory requirements
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent relevant financial services industry experience
5 year’s experience in the fund manager, bank, or securities industry is essential; prior knowledge of investment management processes from a servicing or operational perspective preferred
Fluency in English - spoken and written, is essential, French fluency is a plus
Canadian Securities Course preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Soft Skills:
A sales/marketing mindset with the ability to identify client needs and position solutions that address those needs
Strong multi-tasker who can respond rapidly and effectively to requests, with adherence to established time frames and schedules; ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet internal and external deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail and confidentiality
