Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Engineering: Gather and document comprehensive business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications, translating complex stakeholder needs into concise user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
ServiceNow Module Translation: Analyze business workflows to design and configure requirements specifically targeting GRC, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) environments.
Process Modeling & Gap Analysis: Design detailed workflow process maps, perform structural gap analyses, and model business processes to identify operational efficiency opportunities.
Data & Performance Analytics: Map and validate business data streams, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and compliance metrics to develop real-time reporting dashboards and Performance Analytics views.
Governance & Audit Architecture Alignment: Document and review workflows to verify alignment with strict organizational compliance, attestation protocols, data privacy mandates, and audit security controls.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Construct end-to-end test scenarios, facilitate UAT execution, manage requirements traceability matrices, and analyze software defects to ensure complete verification of technical deliverables.
System & Integration Analysis: Evaluate application dependencies, map integration data schemas, and compile functional interface requirements across interconnected platform components.
Stakeholder Management: Plan and conduct collaborative requirement-gathering workshops and joint design sessions, facilitating effective communication among multi-disciplinary business, risk, and IT stakeholders.
Qualifications
Business Analysis Seniority: 4+ years of dedicated professional experience serving as an IT Business Analyst, eliciting requirements and managing technical specifications.
ServiceNow Framework Expertise: Proven experience gathering requirements, mapping process schemas, and defining user stories for ServiceNow GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, or TPM modules (Strictly Required).
Risk & Compliance Domain Depth: Strong operational understanding of attestation, certification, compliance metrics, audit controls, scorecard tracking, and governance processes (Strictly Required).
Advanced Quality Assurance Tooling: Hands-on experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, performing source-to-target data validation, and managing robust requirements traceability matrices (Strictly Required).
Platform Analytics & Reporting: Practical knowledge of platform workflows, Performance Analytics, custom reporting, and executive-level dashboards (Strictly Required).
Process Visualization Mastery: Superior capability designing workflows, process maps, and business architecture blueprints utilizing specialized diagramming tools.
