Responsibilities
• Provides project management on large scale, high profile and high-risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives. Manage technical teams ensuring project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope, and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• Extensive experience managing stakeholders.
• Project Management: Gathers requirements, creates detailed project schedules, monitors and forecasts project costs, and manages project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
• Coordination and Communication: Coordinates project processes, develops guidelines, clarifies roles, resolves conflicts, and ensures knowledge sharing.
• Managing project budget and timelines.
• Experience with Data & AI Governance processes and technologies
• Experience with Azure and Databricks as well as AI technologies
Nice to have:
• Experience with Azure Cloud Data services, including Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Unity Catalogue, SQL Warehouse
• Experience with AI, LLM and related technologies

Leadership Experience: Strong in leading development and scrum teams. Plan and leads all phases of complex enterprise-wide projects, scheduling activities, explaining procedures, and monitoring the work of assigned technical resources.

Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates risks, prioritizes issues, and recommends strategies to senior executives.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to identify and address conflicts between project and functional areas.
Client Relationship Management: Skills in managing client expectations, providing updates, and resolving potential conflicts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Participates in steering committees, provides reporting to senior executives, and promotes best practices for project management.
Technology Recommendations: Ability to recommend software, hardware, and technology resources.
Desirable Skills:
Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge.
