As the central point of coordination, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements. Operating under a hybrid delivery framework, you will manage project work plans, track budgets, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless platform rollout.

Contract Duration: 1 year (with a 6-month optional extension)

Responsibilities
ServiceNow Program Delivery: Oversee deliverables within the planned program schedule, executing large-scale, multi-divisional implementations through hybrid agile and iterative delivery methods.
Work Plan & Gate Management: Manage detailed project work plans, maintain integrated schedules, track critical dependencies, and prepare formal enterprise stage-gate documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with technical and business leads to gather requirements, maintain delivery transparency, and ensure continuous alignment across the team.
Sprint & Agile Governance: Facilitate velocity-driven sprint planning, maintain sprint schedules, host scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and proactively clear roadblocks for application development teams.
Financial & Procurement Tracking: Prepare project budget estimates, track ongoing expenses, and facilitate approvals in strict accordance with corporate procurement and financial policies.
Executive Communication: Draft clear project status reports, roadmaps, and presentations to convey progress and risks to executive leadership and senior business partners.
Information Custodianship: Function as the secure focal point for all project information, ensuring confidential data access controls are strictly maintained.
Risk & Change Mitigation: Identify project bottlenecks, manage issue logs, and support organizational change management activities to minimize deployment risks.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
Professional Certification: A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
ServiceNow Implementation Depth: 5+ years of experience successfully managing large-scale, multi-divisional ServiceNow implementations using hybrid delivery frameworks.
Agile Frameworks: Hands-on experience delivering IT projects using agile methodologies, including sprint scheduling, backlog refinement, and roadblock removal.
Stakeholder Management: 5+ years of proven success working collaboratively with technical leads, business analysts, and corporate stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Technical & Operational Skills
Project Tooling: High proficiency with enterprise project management planning, tracking, and collaboration software packages.
Procurement & Vendor Acumen: Solid background working with procurement processes, contract documentation, and vendor tracking to support delivery outcomes.
People Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven history of guiding cross-functional technical teams across application development and infrastructure scopes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Desirable Attributes
Agile Certifications: Holding a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or specialized ServiceNow certification is considered a strong asset.
Public Sector Familiarity: Previous experience navigating multi-departmental public sector jurisdictions or structured compliance frameworks is an asset.
