Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-stream digital platform implementations, ensuring project deliverables meet strict time, scope, and budget targets.
Process Improvement & Re-Engineering: Conduct workflow re-engineering and quality improvement initiatives to eliminate operational bottlenecks and optimize regional routing and scheduling protocols.
EPMO Analysis & Telemetry: Perform thorough, timely project tracking, variance analysis, and milestone reporting in full alignment with established EPMO guidelines.
Artifact Architecture & Documentation: Author high-quality project management documentation, including formal charters, detailed business cases, integrated master plans, and risk registries.
Executive Advisory & Reporting: Participate in briefings with project sponsors and senior leadership, preparing polished status presentations and briefing notes to enable comprehensive executive oversight.
Cross-Functional Secretariat Leadership: Provide essential governance and secretariat support to interdisciplinary committees and cross-regional working groups tasked with developing program routing algorithms.
Stakeholder Alignment & Matrix Management: Facilitate collaboration and consensus within a matrix management structure, engaging a broad grid of health services, business, and technical partners toward shared organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Project Management Seniority: 5 to 7 years of progressive professional experience leading, planning, and executing multi-stream IT or business transformation projects.
Digital Implementation Specialization: Proven track record successfully managing full-lifecycle digital infrastructure or enterprise software application rollouts (Strictly Required).
Process Re-Engineering Depth: Practical experience utilizing structured process improvement and quality improvement methodologies to optimize enterprise operational workflows (Strictly Required).
Advanced Governance Writing: Expert capability developing formal project artifacts, including integrated project charters, detailed business cases, and structural options analyses.
Matrix Environment Competency: Demonstrated experience managing relationships, facilitating consensus, and leading interdisciplinary teams within complex matrix organizational structures.
Problem Triage & Investigation: Highly developed analytical and decision-making skills to investigate and resolve intricate, multi-variable project risks and system dependencies.
Highly Desirable Assets:
Professional experience managing projects or process improvements within a complex hospital, clinical scheduling, or broader healthcare environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
Undergraduate or Master’s level degree in Business Administration, Technology, Health Sciences, Administration, or Informatics.
