Responsibilities
CRM Development: Translate technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including writing code and developing detailed programming specifications.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and specialized Oracle Siebel CRM testing to ensure system stability and performance.
System Integration: Develop and test Siebel integrations with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and other enterprise technologies.
Problem Solving: Resolve and troubleshoot complex technical issues arising during the operation of software packages, providing technical assistance during migrations and implementations.
UI/UX Enhancement: Utilize HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript to enhance application interfaces and functionality.
Reporting Solutions: Support the development and testing of OBIEE and PowerBI reports.
Lifecycle Collaboration: Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the SDLC to design, code, debug, and document applications using structured methodologies.
Documentation: Provide comprehensive user and system documentation, ensuring compliance with Information Management principles and AODA standards.
Qualifications
Siebel Expertise: 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration.
Integration Experience: 3+ years of experience developing and testing Siebel integrations with Adobe AEM or J2EE.
Core Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Testing Proficiency: Mandatory experience in Oracle Siebel CRM testing and specialized software package support.
Data & Reporting: Hands-on experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present new conceptual approaches to stakeholders.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with Siebel Public Sector modules (Contracts, Partner Portal, eService) or experience with Transfer Payments.
