Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Translate complex technical system specifications into working, tested applications by developing detailed programming specifications and writing/generating code.
Siebel Development: Lead the configuration, design, and development of Siebel CRM modules, focusing on high-level integration and system architecture.
Modern UI Customization: Implement and manage Open UI concepts, including Presentation Models (PM), Physical Renderers (PR), Manifest Files, and Mapping files.
System Integration: Execute and maintain Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) processes.
Troubleshooting: Resolve and troubleshoot advanced technical problems arising during software operation, including providing expert assistance during conversions and migrations.
Full SDLC Support: Collaborate with IT professionals to design, code, test, debug, and document applications using structured methodologies and design patterns.
Stakeholder Engagement: Elicit and document information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure technical alignment with business needs.
Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and design walkthrough sessions to maintain high delivery standards.
Qualifications
Core Experience: 10+ years of expert-level experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
Specialized Expertise: 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI and 3+ years specifically with Siebel IP18+.
Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Open UI Knowledge: Working knowledge of Open UI architecture, including PM/PR and Manifest management.
Database & Protocols: Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies and various communication protocols.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills; must be a team player with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Compliance: Knowledge of Information Management principles and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards.
